The Ballot app ("The Service") is provided by Studio Kalleinen at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page informs users of our Service about our policies in regards to  the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information.

Information Collection and Use

The Service doesn't log any user data except for a user preference file in order to reconstruct the app state after the app is re-opened. The preference file is stored only on the users device and is not accessed, shared or uploaded in any other way.

GPS Data

The Service doesn't access or record any location data.

Log Data

When the user accesses  video or audio files that are stored on a server that we rent from "Wasabi Technologies" we log following data:
- Date and time of the access
- Operating System and Browser
- URL / file which was accessed
- Referrer
- A fully anonymized IP address, for example IP 11.22.33.44 will be logged as 0.0.0.0

We log this data in order to detect unusual usage or abuse. This log files are automatically deleted after 30 days.
