The responses to the survey, together with insights from experts researching the future of work, will serve as the starting point for a photography series, which we are happy to create in close collaboration with a fantastic photographer <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/juusowesterlund.com\/\">Juuso Westerlund<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The staged photographs will feature both imagined future professions and occupations that have already disappeared.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please complete the survey by 14 December 2026 via <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/link.webropolsurveys.com\/S\/715C3593FB137B9B\"><strong>this link<\/strong><\/a><strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You also have the opportunity to appear in the photography series \u2013 we are looking for volunteers! The photo shoots will take place in H\u00e4meenlinna and the Helsinki area in spring 2027.<\/p>\n<p>The online survey is connected to our solo exhibition <em>Wormholes<\/em>, which opens at the H\u00e4meenlinna Art Museum in June 2027. In the exhibition, each artwork will be accompanied by a counterpart: we will revisit our older works by \u201cactivating their concepts\u201d in one way or another. The photography series will be an artistic counterpart to our 2008 work <em>I Love My Job<\/em>, which explores employees\u2019 fantasies of revenge, born out of unresolved conflicts in their workplaces.<\/p>\n<p>When <em>Wormholes<\/em> opens in 2027, twenty-five years will have passed since we began working together. We feel we are at a point where we need to look back in order to see ahead. The exhibition\u2019s title refers to the connections between the time when the artworks were created and the present moment. At the same time, it reflects the foundations of our community-based practice, which has always centred on building connections between people\u2019s different, parallel realities.<\/p>\n<p>The exhibition <em>Wormholes<\/em>, presented at the Lohrmann Building from 18 June 2027 to 2 April 2028, is part of the H\u00e4meenlinna Art Museum\u2019s programme marking its 75th anniversary.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We invite people from different fields of work to imagine what their profession will look like in the future.
